I went to Leza with a blocked ear that i had been trying to ignore for weeks, Leza was highly recommended to me through connections at my mums work, and must i say i have nothing to fault. When contacted she was very quick to reply and gave simple instructions on how to prepare for your appointment and how to navigate your way through her massive estate! She gave a very warm welcome into her own home where she had a private room set up. Leza was excellent at making sure you were calm and relaxed before she went ahead with the procedure, it was especially helpful that she explained the noises to expect, so nothing came as a surprise. The whole procedure didn’t take long and i was left really satisfied with the results, i would highly recommend Munro Hearing solutions and would be back again with no hesitation. Thanks again Leza

Absolutely outstanding service. Lezaseen me on short notice as I had acomplete blockage of my right ear.I had everything explained to me ingreat detail before the procedurestarted. After suffering from blocked ears for years and not being able to hear properly I finally plucked up the courage to book in with a professional. Leza was incredible in every way possible, making you feel so at home and so welcome. She explained everything multiple times and let me know everything from start to finish. This for me is exceptional service. She was extremely professional and very tentative to my concerns. As someone who was very anxious and had a bad experience in the past I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I can actually hear in 8k now. Leza is an absolute professional. She has a very warm and kind manner which put my daughter completely at ease. During our appointment she clearly explained each step of the process so we knew what to expect, she really has a great depth of knowledge and experience. As a result my daughter’s blocked ears and hearing issues are a thing of the past. I would recommend Leza to anyone, she is fantastic!

We went there and a very professional person welcomed us into her house and put my mother at ease. Unfortunately she could not move the wax that was in both ears and said to put drops of oil in both ears 2x daily for 10 days. We did as requested and wax was softer. Again very welcoming and she explained everything that was going to happen and after a few blasts with the water my mum could hear again. So helpful and understood all she was doing and saying. Done in a comfortable professional manner. Could not fault her at all. Would recommend her to anyone. Will be going back if needed. Great job

Had two blocked ears for some time with a holiday looming decided to do something about it. My wife recommended this company and it was the best thing I have done. No rush , fully explained the process and gave reassurance as my ears were cleaned. Really pleased with the outcome . I had Microsuction treatment with Leza yesterday as I had a blocked ear and my hearing wasn’t great. Leza was so professional, explained the treatment to me with what happens and what to expect and what treatment was best for me. The treatment was pain free, the relief I felt after my first ear cleaned was great and after both ears were cleaned what a difference in my hearing with no pain or discomfort throughout treatment. I would recommend Leza so professional and gentle and Microsuction what a difference it will make to your ears.

After a return of my tinnitus and some hearing loss, I was beginning to feel quite desperate. I had visited a number of consultants including in England but with little success. However Leza delivered her treatment and I can honestly say that her technique is revolutionary. My hearing is back to normal and the tinnitus no longer dictates my day. I attended munro hearing solutions with my teenage daughter as she has had ongoing hearing loss due to compacted wax in both ears.I messaged leza who replied promptly and she confirmed that my daughter would be a suitable candidate for microsuctioning.I was given advice to administrator ear drops prior to attending, once we arrived leza gave us a friendly welcome inviting us into her home where a separate room was set up.Before commencing leza explained everything that was going to happen and explained the types of noises to expect and why the noises change.She also let my daughter feel on her hand what the suction would feel like.My daughter felt calm and relaxed now knowing what to expect.The procedure didn't take long and was highly effective, the first thing she said was wow my voice is so loud".We both left very happy.I would highly recommend leza and will definitely use this service again.A massive thank you leza
