Wife's car full service and MOT. On collection told cash only! And no invoice. When asked for one it was scribble on headed note paper saying serviced with nothing itemised. Not impressed. Norecommende

Amazing and quick. These guys are very good. They book you in, take your car, sort it out and return it in an amazing way. New brake pads and discs for an Audi A6, just amazing.

Scammers.In 2020 I bumped into a lads car by the name of ARJUN BISLA. I offered to pay for the repairs as any decent person would. ARJUN BISLA got a ‘quote’ from HERIAN MOTORS and told me it was estimated £450. Me and mom said we would meet him there and upon viewing the invoice, pay once the repairs are complete.When we got there (as other reviews have mentioned) we were presented a scribbled invoice with a portion of the payment just added on without it specifying what it was for. Me and mom wanted to see the price of the ‘part’ they were going to order in. At this point ARJUN BISLA got very aggressive and started threatening that if we didn’t pay he would go to BMW and get the quote from them.He got very frustrated and so we refused to pay until they provided a proper invoice. The youngish lad on the desk was also very rude also demanding the money upfront, they were both very eager to get the money straight away. Once we left ARJUN BISLA called his daddy (who was very reasonable) to contact us. His dad met us and told us that he was quoted from THIS SAME GARAGE around £300. At this point ARJUN BISLA looked very embarrassed and sulked as he trotted back into his dads car. We paid for the repair and that was it. It was clear ARJUN BISLA and the lad who worked on the front desk had made a deal to steal from us.Wouldn’t trust ARJUN BISLA or HERIAN MOTORS for anything in the future.
