Amazing service! Craig arrived early and did a fantastic job on our huge sofa which is a tricky material to work with. He used sheets to protect the carpet and left the job nice and tidy. He has a wealth of knowledge about his trade and gave me lots of helpful info about cleaning. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone and will be using his services again in the future. Craig has saved the day!He answered all my questions as we were moving and the carpets were disgusting,I was worried they were beyond repair and he came straight round to put my mind at rest and then a week later he has cleaned all the carpets from top to bottom and x6 dining room chairs, they look like new and my carpets now smell and look amazing!!I highly recommend craig he definitely knows what he’s doing really professional.A very happy customer and Il definitely be ringing him again in the future.

I am writing this on behalf of my mom who lives in WV4.I highly recommend Craig who did an excellent job of cleaning my two sofas at a very reasonable price. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about his job. I found him to be kind, pleasant and friendly. He protected my carpet whilst using top of the range super powered equipment and cleaning products. My sofas look as good as new! The room was left clean and tidy.Thank you so much Craig! Craig has visited our house this morning and done an sterling job on our carpets! Our children's room was particularly dirty, the joy of having toddlers! The grey carpet in their room and the beige one in the front room have both come out absolutely stunning! He also did the stairs and upstairs landing for us. Craig does a high standard professional job. Explained everything to me on a pleasant, kind and friendly way. His super power machine cleaned and dried the carpets from ground floor all the way up to loft.Excellent service, carpets look like new after cleaning ( we are new tenants, no idea how many years carpets not cleaned, people had a pet a well).
