DTRONIX

I sent my SatNav unit of my Honda CRV for repair, as it was showing DVD Disc reading error. They changes some clip and said that there was no other fault in it and it should be working perfectly. I made the required payment and the unit was sent back to me. But unfortunately, the same problem persisted and even became more frequent. I don't feel they are skilled enough to sort out problems like I had with my unit. False confidence, I suppose!

My daughter's Alpine EZI DAB control unit failed within warranty and I was pointed in the direction of Dtronics as warranty agents. The unit was repaired and returned within four days and working perfectly. Comms was excellent, Elaine even called to check I was the same person related to an earlier voice message. Repair excellent, delivered to my daughter's address with tracked delivery. The whole experience was spot-on, a rare experience of excellent service coupled with highly skilled and knowledgeable people. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I'm pleased to have had dealings with Dtronix recently. My Pioneer Head unit seemed to have developed a problem and via Amazon seller I was directed to Dtronix for support. Right away they wanted to arrange collection of the unit and have it serviced but then they suggested we do some checks first. I was then contacted by Steve from Pioneer and he gave me advice. Low and behold the issue was not with the Head unit but my van wiring!! During this time they kept in touch and were not critical of my lack of investigation lol! Would definitely recommend. Thanks

I got in contact with Dtronix Milton Keynes as the website looked professional, I then contacted them via phone and they stated that if I bring my item for repair in they will see what they can do.In short, they quoted, stuck to the quote and if any parts were not included, they always contacted for approval first before proceeding at a fair price.I was so pleased with the repair which has sentimental values and my item is now fully functioning like new thanks to the team at Dtronix.Thank you guysMichael St Ville.

Outstanding communications,Outstanding technical expertise and capability,Outstanding service.My Alpine CD/tuner head unit has served me well for 25 years, but started malfunctioning.Firstly, I was astonished that Dtronix confidently accepted the vintage unit for appraisal.I was even more impressed when they managed to diagnose ALL of the problems and quote a very reasonable price to repair the considerable number of faults and recondition other worn components.The head unit is back in my car now, looking and working like new, and I'm as thrilled with it as the day I first bought it.I will not hesitate to send the unit back to Dinker and his team at Dtronix should it ever play-up again, but I very much doubt that will ever be necessary.

My double din unit stopped working and Panasonic said Dtronix were their preferred/recommended partners. Having had my unti for about 5 years and not knowing anything about Dtronix I was apprehensive but with no reason to be.From my first contact with Lisa at customer support I felt confident in sending my unit off for the them to make an initial inspection. Once recieved by them the engineers kept me well informed about what they had found and how the unit could be mended. I was given a price which was a lot cheaper than buying new and they proceeded to repair the item with genuine parts, many direct from Japan.I am now in reciept of my working double din unit and very happy with the service recieved - Highly Recommended - Thank you.

I've just had my Alpine radio returned after being repaired for a leaking LCD display screen and what a first class job they have done, Elaine and Dinker explained the procedure that the unit from the time I sent it to them and it's return would be approximately 5 working days and they were true to their word.Very impressed with the service and communication I received during the repair, once again well done guys and ladies i will be recommending you to members of a car club I belong too and hope to do business with you in the future.
