Never in my life have I been Disgraced by a managers attitudeI accidentally genuinely left my card and didn’t have any form of payment.Offered to leave my Gold wedding ring and my driving licence and my watch until I came back with my card.The manager replied I will smash your windows and clamp my car never have I been so disgraced I will never use shell petrol station again.Mr S Khan really needs to take a customer service training course as what I have experienced today is disgraceful, I will no longer be using shell.

Customer service in this place is outstanding staff are very polite and welcoming. The shop has loads of variety and choice. All of the staff are smiling and always willing to help excellent fuel station and leading by example is Shazad who runs this place excellently.

The customer care here is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is just so pleasant and knowledgeable. Prices are always reasonable. If the staff can help, they will! Gets a bit busy before the City home games for about an hour before kick off. They cope admirably. Well done guys
