We meet Lou and our puppy , and instantly fell in love . Lou let us come back and see our puppy whenever was convenient to her and us . We got regular updates and photos .Picking up our puppy was very straightforward and Lou had everything ready for us , and what is nice is we all keep in touch , I would highly recommend Lou and if we decide to have another pup we would certainly go back to Lou , all the puppies were well looked after and cared for and it was lovely seeing them all together with mum

After losing our much-loved Ruby cavalier Archie in October 2022 we knew we wanted another cav to bring some life back to our household. Our search led us to Lou Watson at AlbanyHearts in St Albans and I am so glad we found each other.AlbanyHearts is a Kennel Club assured breeder which already demonstrates their commitment to excellent standards. Lou was very responsive to initial enquiries, and it was heart-warming and reassuring to see that finding ideal forever homes for her pups was of paramount importance. We are based in Scotland so a visit to see mum and pups would be difficult, so Lou and I chatted on the phone at length and this confirmed we were dealing with an excellent breeder who cared deeply about the pedigree and welfare of her pups and the breed in general.We agreed to take her lovely little Tricolour boy and made the journey to collect him a few weeks before Christmas. Lou provided a wonderfully comprehensive pack with lots of information, details of his pedigree and family history, some food and essential medicines and a lovely thoughtful gift too. It was such a lovely touch and again shows the care and attention to detail that has gone into breeding and raising the pups.I would not hesitate to recommend Lou and AlbanyHearts to anyone looking for beautiful Cavalier pups with great heritage.
