Absolutely amazing service from this company, called on Saturday urgently needing boxes and got boxes delivered by courier on Sunday morning ! Boxes are perfect and are a really good price. Customer service was fantastic, can’t recommend them enough.

Awful Attitude & Service. I will not encourage anyone to spend their hard earned money here. In order to shop here you need to come at a specified period, which I did. When I rang the bell, the guy was so annoyed to open the door for me I thought I had come to the wrong place & wrong time. I had not!I'm a lady. I needed moving boxes but I didn't know the measurements. I apologised, He was very aggressive & erratic, like he wanted me out asap; and rolled his eyes in annoyance. I was only there for less than 5 minutes.He bought out one box & asked if it was the right size aggressively. I didn't want to upset him so I agreed & asked for a few of them, I paid & left.I was made to feel so uncomfortable, like I was invading his space, even though he invited me in.I left feeling very shaken & not valued.This is why I'm happy & better off supporting big business' where customer care is exercised with courtesy & consideration. Not so with this shameless Breamfold packaging company!Make sure you apologise for being a customer upon arrival!

Awesome company - customer service is fantastic. I needed a specific material and needed it quickly. I spoke to Marc, who gave great advice, sorted this out for me brillaintly... and at around a quarter of the price I'd expected. My order arrived today - really needed it this week. I highy recommend this company - fantastic!

Staff friendly and helpful, great stock, boxes solid & ideal for moving also the most reasonable in price we've found.

Great local resource / was able to immediately purchase with cash just what l was looking for, without having to wait for post or couriers.Staff very helpful, pleasant and accommodating, some items cheaper than the whole internet.
