Title Shouty unhelpful woman assistant if that's what it could be called!!.Today started off well till I got to tlc electrical merchants the Sargeant major serving , I asked for metal pipe/cable protectors her what ones Me. the metal ones , Her. are they plastic Me. no metal , Her. what sizes, Me. can you inform me of the sizes so I can decide her nothing, Me. I don't know the sizes can you tell me! Her. nothing , I have to leave the shop to look on line coz you can't wear glasses and a mask so I'm now forth in line whilst I was first! while she interrogates in her manor the three elderly gentleman whom are now all in front of me, if this is customer service I'm the king of England, but as a working tradesmen I know that good work and customer service go hand in hand Tlc you are doing yourselves and the paying public a disservice, get her into courses in public relations , I shan't be returning.

Terrible and miserable customer service. Spent over a grand on switches and sockets with them and I accidently ordered one incorrect which I just wanted to swap and they wouldn't let me and said I had to buy another one. I admit I was out of the returns period but just wanted to swap. There's also something called goodwill. I showed them goodwill when they incorrectly delivered the wrong product and had to rearrange delivery. Would've been good if they could show some goodwill back. Unfortunately won't be using them again.

Been using this company for 4 years, very happy with quality of goods, choice of products, price of goods( you get what you pay for), the customer service has always been excellent, be aware catalogue prices are excluding VAT.

Following a negative experience at the Bristol branch I was contacted by head office and my issue was quickly sorted. It is good to know that someone is listening and willing to go that bit further - well done TLC and thanks…

Ordered a 4ft Diffuser advised it was not in stock in Bristol store, despite being able to purchase on the website, waited 5 days for them to restock, then they rang me asking me to collect from Avonmouth warehouse when I had paid for postage (the cheek of it!!) Took 10 days from order to delivery and they've delivered the wrong item! A 5ft batten. What a joke!

Ordered online, got a TXT and Email when my order was ready and picked up without any issues. Massive rangeIts easy to find, loads of parking and easy access from the city centre.

The people down here are so miserable and rude it’s unbelievable. The women in there is the worst. Been here a few times for customers sockets. I would never buy anything for my jobs here again. Very unprofessional and rude !!

I am extremely impressed.My order arrived promptly, in 100% recycled packaging, which is itself recyclable/reusable. On the padded envelope it also says 'Responsible Delivery - CO2 Neutral'. Excellent!It is so encouraging that some companies are able to get things so right!Well done!
