Absolutely outstanding kitchen renovation service with Rick. I can’t recommend him highly enough.He guided us through the whole process, from selecting materials to additional modifications within a tight budget. Lovely guy, great communicator and very diligent with his work - we had a tricky old plumbing situation that took hours to resolve and he stayed late until the job was done.The final job looks fantastic and very high quality. Wife and I are genuinely shocked at how elevated our kitchen now looks with just 1 day of work. We’ll definitely be calling on him again for any future work.

It was a repair of slide out drawers that had come away from base of tail larder cupboard . Most kitchen fitters did not want to do a repair but Rick came and did it to my satisfaction . The original fitter had put in screws which were much too short! It eventualy came away. Good job and price.

I don’t actually write many reviews, but when I do, it’s because the service and professionalism is exemplary.Ricky attended to mitre and install just the worktop and cut out a hole for the sink, which did not have a template.I am extremely impressed by his work and his work ethic.He was clean and tidy, gave an exceptional finish, professional in his approach, arrived when he stated that he would and he’s a true gentleman.I would highly recommend Ricky.Again, thank you so much for a beautiful job.Jen

We recently asked to have a new kitchen countertop installed. We searched around multiple plumbing outlets, as well as kitchen, countertop installers, none of which to gave us a decent quote or a streamlined way of communicating with them. To put it plainly Broderick was phenomenal. He was exceptionally respectful of the property, professional in his work and polite in manor. The price was very fair and he was the polar opposite of someone looking for a quick job. He took care in his work and it shows in the product. We had a brand new kitchen sink installed as well as a tap and 2 countertops with a cutout for a job and plumbing for the sink. We held conversation through the day whilst he was at work (which he was for 8hours non stop), and was a pleasure to speak to. I couldn’t recommend his service more. We communicated via WhatsApp and he was quick and reliable to respond, as well as the quote he gave being clear and concise. If I could give more than 5 stars then I would.

Where to start! I'm a total beginner when it comes to home renovations and from the start I felt more confident in Broderick's abilities than other installers. Hardly any of the installers I found even had a website and even if they did it was nowhere near the standard of Laserline! The small details really made a difference and are very indicative of the work to come e.g a proper invoicing system and plenty of before and after transitions on the website.Throughout the process, our communication was amazing and he never failed to respond to a missed call or WhatsApp within a short time. I felt fully informed and was impressed with the work ethic throughout, as well as his personable presence around our home everyday! He even fixed a couple of minor issues around the house without me even having to ask, so handy! His knowledge was great and made so many recommendations throughout; one of which even ended up saving me £500. Any amendments I needed to make or going back and forth on things; nothing was an issue or too much trouble.The end result is amazing andI would highly recommend to anyone looking for a full kitchen refit and honestly cannot thank him enough! Will miss chatting to him around the house too!

I’ve just fitted a new kitchen and needed someone to fit the worktops, on Goggle I found Rick (LaserLine) l liked the look of the website so I gave him a call. He sounded like a nice friendly guy and could fit me in quite quickly so that was good (was 2 weeks before Christmas!) He turned up on time and got the job done in a day as promised. The worktops came out perfect, Rick got them spot on and the kitchen looks great.A clean and tidy professional workman and a really nice chap too, I can’t recommend him enough
