The opening times ensure that anyone with a job is inconvenienced if they have to collect a parcel.

No parking near to pick up parcels double yellow lines everywhere. 2 visits to get my parcel.

Went to Parcel office at 10.10 on a Monday, it was closed. It shows opening hours as 8-10 and 4-6. These hours appear to cater for businesses/offices and not the general public who are usually in town between these hours.

Absolute joke of a service! Open for 2 hours on a Monday at the most inconvenient times possible. Only just picked up on the new hours and it's made it practically impossible to pick your parcel up. I thought it would benefit me if I went to collect my parcel from them, as there would be nobody home and requires a signature. Guess I'll be waiting another week to recieve it. Royal Mail needs a complete overhaul because it's become a shambles.

Only use this branch if you want to collect an item.Do not use their tracked services or any other service which means you have to drop off your item at this branch. They’ll scan you letter and then loose it, which is a massive inconvenience. Customer service are nice, but they’re not from this branch and customer service try to get in touch with this branch but they don’t answer their calls.I’ve always used the Post Office for all Royal Mail services which allow the drop off for online postage at the Post Office. Everything via them has always been tracked accordingly and delivered on time. It’s like they actually do their job and put the post into circulation, where as I don’t know what their doing at this Royal Mail branch.First time I’ve used Tracked24, which means I had to drop off my letter at the Royal Mail branch, and they’ve not delivered my letter given it’s now beyond 48 hours since being scanned into their network. Customer service telling me that it can take up to another 7 working days and to wait for the 17th February 2022 before they list it as lost. Absolute waste of time and so stressful especially when you’re sending very important paperwork which needed to be delivered within 48 hours at the latest since posting.The app just says “We’ve got it”. Won’t be using any Royal Mail services which mean I have to drop off items at their branch.

No customer parking, refusal to give parcels stating that they have to go out the next day for delivery even though app says if none of the re delivery days suit you to go and collect, very unhelpful hopefully won’t have to go back anytime soon.

Amazingly Royal Mail have managed to make it even more difficult to visit sorting office to recover parcels by removing the free parking bays. However the staff inside dealing with customers were more polite and professional than the previous employees who worked there.

Closes at 11.59 am on Mondays, try finding opening times on Website, you just go around in circles, website wants cookies in your laptop, mobile, tracking locations, download their app, Designers want to lay off the White Lines.

The amount of times this place has said it's Open, and it's Closed when i arrive, is ridiculous.
