Andres and the First-Rate team helped me move at short notice and all I have is praise for their work. Great communication, professional, no request was too much for them, I could not have asked for a better move. To top it off, their pricing was extremely competitive. I would not hesitate to use First-Rate removals again for any future move!

Best removal company I have ever had and I’ve moved many times. Faultless service and communication from initial meeting to end of the job . Andre and his team are also lovely people and a pleasure to deal with and have in your home. I had a particularly challenging move as my completion failed due to a cyber attack . Andrew was supportive and made an awful exierrrkce far more bearable by storing my furniture, checking on progress , asking how else he could help and then managing to squeeze my new completion date a week later into his busy schedule . The team take care and time to wrap everything so well and nothing was damaged. All if this ans highly competitive too ! Just brilliant . Highly recommend .

I can highly recommend First Rate Removals. They took apart some of our furniture as we lived in a tight flat, and put it all back together in our new house. The team was all very professional and careful with our possessions. I was surprised how much space was left in the truck as they packed so efficiently. They were understanding with receiving the keys to our new house later than anticipated. I would certainly use them again.

Andres and his team moved contents of our family home from London and worked out great. Efficient, hard working and polite.A washing machine arrived separately and after the guys had left so they cam round to move it in the next day which was a life saver! Good job all round

Andres and his team were unbelievable!To the minute they walked in and settled our stress levels to the professionalism they showed whilst packing up our things to un loading and placing all the boxes in the right rooms and they even put the tv back on the wall for us! Wouldn’t hesitate to use there services again.

The guys arrived on time and very quickly cleared everything I needed taken away. An old leather 5 piece corner settee, 2 bed bases, an old garden table and various other items.Absolutely fantastic. They were so quick and reliable I tipped them too!Thanks guys.

So impressed with Andres and his team. We were a tricky, last minute move going from one house to two locations, but it was a flawless experience. They were able to provide a second van for us on the day to move more items and the whole move, including disassembling and reassembling furniture, was done by 4pm.

A tricky job dismantling a shed, relocation of shed and resurrection alongside some furniture shifting up and down an awkward staircase. All done with smiles and efficiency. Even stopped the clock when they had to go and buy a special tool. Sent photos of progress and completion, even though I was here, just for my records.
