I whole heartedly recommend Tecwork! They were super swift with their response to my IT issue. Martyn who looked after me was calm Knowledgeable, efficient. Which was a breath of fresh air after spending 2 hours talking to Microsoft who were no help at all. Martyn was methodical working his way through to a very timely resolution that saved me from loosing a new contract. I could not be more grateful.

We've recently transferred from our ISDN provider to TecWork and the team have been really helpful. the transition to a hosted phone system (Horizon) has been seamless and easy to do with TecWork taking care of almost everything. It's easy to raise a ticket for support which is responded to very quickly and the team are polite and helpful. Most importantly the phone system is easy to use, reliable with good call quality. We have the app installed on three team members macs as they work from home.

Nick and the Tecwork team have a flexible approach in order to meet our needs, trying new and innovative solutions and are providing an excellent level of customer service. We have had Nick as a supplier of Telecoms solutions to our company for 15 years and have always found the service and support to be excellent. We contacted tecwork to assess our IT and telecoms spend as its always been a big monthly cost. Wish we had done it sooner! tecwork quickly identified considerable savings; migrating us to office 365 swiftly without interruption to our work and moving our telephony to the cloud. This enabled the whole team to work more flexibly, never miss an email or call and saving a lot of money in the process. Excellent aftersales service too. Highly recommended if you want to save money! Thank you tecwork!
