We recently moved to a 1970s house that had a malfunctioning 40 years old boiler. So, we tried to service it through a company suggested by our previous landlord. That company recommended that we replace the boiler since it was too old which we were fine with, however their quote was on the higher side. So, we obtained another quote from Terry for comparison since he had good reviews. Terry's quote was reasonable and hence we went with him. Terry did an excellent job in replacing the old boiler with a new one and also reconfigured the pipe works and controls. He made sure the central heating and hot water systems are working fine with optimised settings for energy efficiency. A couple of weeks later we had an issue with the upstairs radiators not working due to some air lock. Terry came back and installed an additional air vent and fixed the problem. Since the central heating and hot water are sorted now, we are more confident of facing the upcoming winter :)

Terry came around at short notice to service our boiler and trace apossible gas leak. His attitude and professionalism were so muchbetter than the previous gas engineer that we had hired. His workwas efficient and confidence inspiring and we will certainly use himagain. Highly Recommended.

Terry fitted a new Viessmann boiler for me last month. I found him professional, reliable, tidy, and was very impressed by the care he took, including sorting out our existing messy and inefficient pipework. He was very happy to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend him.

Terry was recommended by Heating Hub for a complete replacement of a 20-year old heating system. He spent days working with us and Heating Hub researching options, with consideration of the trade offs between fuel efficiency, cost and impact on the property. During this time he communicated clearly and in detail the options available to us, and we worked with him to select the best option. The installation turned out to be more complex than any of us expected because of the unusual set up of the 20 year old pipework, but Terry worked patiently through the problems.
