I've uses Alto to maintain and service our heat pump for many years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their engineers are excellent, staff are skilled, patient and helpful over the phone.

A Really good company to deal with, very professional, always given helpful advice when needed and when I decided to renew my heat pump they handled everything without a hitch. The engineer Gary who commissioned the H/P was a polite nice guy who just got on with it and when he finished he cleaned up after himself. First class company, would not hesitate to recommend them.

I wanted to write a brief message of thanks for the superb service we have received from your staff following a few issues with our heat pump.Our builder mistakenly cut through the wire for the outdoor sensor so the fault was all of our doing.On calling Alto several times over the last 2 weeks we have spoken to really knowledgeable, professional and incredibly helpful staff every single time. All have been a credit to the company and an example of what excellent customer service looks like.The replacement sensor was sent out next day and following a few more calls we are now back up and running with hot water and heating.A huge thank you from us for the exceptional service. Servicing of our 17 year old ground source IVT heat pump was expertly carried out after a five year interval, defective components were promptly replaced with correct advice given as to what to do about other control devices that were showing intermittent failure. The engineer was most helpful in all respects.

The engineer who came to service our ground source heat pump was extremely knowledgeable, very polite and friendly and very efficient. He went out of his way to explain how the system and all the setting worked. We learned so much from this one visit and will definitely be using Alto Energy again in the future.
