Fantastic Spin Studio. A wide range of instructors with the latest technology and bikes make this a hidden gem. It's great that it's situated within Northumberland Tennis club and the use of their facilities too with ample parking. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the ride as it was a little different to previous spinning experiences. I thought Gary (and Alex in an earlier class) were good instructors, providing plenty of information and guidance as we worked through the 45 min and 55 min rides.

I highly recommend tribal! It's an amazing and high-end facility with top-notch equipment and superb quality in everything they offer. The fun & exciting atmosphere makes the workout so rewarding. It's definitely worth the investment for those seeking a quality fitness experience. It’s lovely to be in an environment that isn’t jampacked.

In Tribal Cycle and spinning, I have found an exercise I love and enjoy and for the first time in a long time, have been consistent with. I truly look forward to attending and love the whole experience each and every time. The instructors are all super friendly, professional, a lot of fun and experts in their field. You feel welcome from the moment you step in and part of a truly amazing community, I couldn't love it more. And as a music lover, the playlists really help to make the session. I leave with endorphins at an all time high and feeling like I could take on the world. So pleased I found my tribe!

As far as spin studios go, Tribal Cycle is one of the best I've seen. If you haven't caught the spinning bug yet, you probably will here. Whether you're going along for fun, to suffer, or even if you're a stats nerd, you won't be disappointed! The classes they run are very welcoming and suit all abilities. The equipment is top of the range (Stages SC 3 bikes) with power meters fitted for connectivity to apps to track your workout and even display it on a TV screen if you wish! I've done quite a bit of spinning over the years and this is a really good studio.

Excellent spin studio with top of the range spin cycles with functionality to record sessions on an app to track performance. Top class instructors with varying techniques and music tastes, so every session is different.

Really enjoyed my spin session with Steve! Great music throughout, kept us motivated whilst pushing us through our paces. Thorough but fun workout. Loved the studio and will be going back!

Always a great time at tribal, the different instructors all have different styles meaning you can go every day and have no two sessions are the same. You work at your own pace and are always welcomed, and leave feeling fab (and sweaty)!!
