The shops great but the staff are unprofessional 4 times they have made mistakes twice putting the wrong amount on my prepayment key and card,bought something said they gave it to me and did nt, the staff are not helpful at all disappointed camping road 100 per cent better

Bought 2 bottles of smirnoff on the 27th Dec. Wen I got home cracked a bottle only 2 find it had already been opened.tried it only 2 find it very weak.I think it had been watered down.Please check any bottles u buy at this store

I went today sat between 1.30-3.00. and had a very helpful staff member with dark slightly wavy hair.He was very helpful and recommended some peach tea, told me they were on offer, also got me two tins of custard and took my trolley packed my shopping in it and helped me with my clubcard. I said I feel like iam getting celebrity service here.There are also some other helpful and friendly people there, a blond haired young lad and some ladies who have been helpful too.Nice to have staff who are helpful friendly and make time out to speak to you. It was a bit quieter than usual.Have different staff in different days and times.

The shopping assistants have been so friendly and helpful. I was trying to find a well hidden phone repair place and the girl went out of the way in a pouring rain and walked me there. Thank you!

It's a fine place for every days purchases; the only drawback of the place is that they don't have the italian-type bread bigger Tesco have. Also, the two self-service boxes are always empty.
