Wow what can I say, charles and lexi at thoughtfully outdoors went above and beyond to throw me and my fiancé the most amazing alpine ski themed engagement party ! From the props to the lighting and even hand made rustic chalet style bar, everything was so fitting. They was on hand all night even helping with the catering where necissary which we hadn’t even asked them to do. It just made the whole evening stress free as nothing was too much trouble!Cannot recommend enough for a party or occasionThankyou

The most amazing experience made possible by Lexi and Charles. They designed the space for our garden wedding and laid on the most beautiful event from marquee, dance floor and beautiful bespoke bar. They designed areas for all weathers and made incredible use of the space. The tables were dressed beautifully and our ideas were catered for. Lexi executed her own ideas perfectly including table arrangements, flowers and lighting. Such an incredible team that made our wedding planning stressfree. Thankyou so much :)

We chose Lexi and Charles to organise my daughters wedding in our garden in August 2021, we are so pleased we did. From the off they were wholly committed to ensuring a fabulous wedding venue in not a small garden but limited and unusual spaced area. They liaised constantly with me and my daughter and their advice and ideas were spot on as we wanted a fairly rustic style theme. Charles built a superb bar in a summer house and created covered leisure, catering and entertainment areas. They provided friendly, smart staff who including Lexi and Charles worked non stop to make the day so memorable. The site was erected and cleared promptly . I cannot recommend this company enough.

I was recently a best man at a wedding where the marquees were supplied by Thoughtfully Outdoors. The marquees we're perfect for the wedding and looked brand new. The owners erected and dismantled the marquees by themselves with little fuss and worked around our schedule. Highly recommended 10/10.

Contacted Charles and Lexi regarding a marquee for a 60th birthday party we were having at home. They firstly came to see us for a informal chat about what we wanted and how we wanted it to look. They had some brilliant ideas to help us. Once we confirmed a price, we booked a date around a 2 weeks before, to discuss and draw out a plan. Set up was very professional and efficient and made sure we had everything ready. As we were local Lexi came by to light the lanterns and candles. Packdown was also efficient . Thankyou for such a good service. Efficient, friendly and great attention to detail. Made the party one to remember. Very impressive and will definitely recommend and use again.
