It's located in a busy shopping centre so zero atmosphere. The burger was as expected,not as in the photo on the menu board. The staff did their best considering!

Went in with my partner and got served by an amazing crew member but when the manger came over to apply my discount he messed up and had to restart he then spent 5mintues trying to replace the order before giving up and get the original crew member to retake it and call him over after went the crew member had finish he had disappeared. After that had all been finished my food was messed up my cheese burger came without cheese

Food was fresh, but the manager and the young lady helping went out there way to be helpful which was noticed and appreciated, the kingstanding manager is the only other one to be in this level, these two locations are my preferred burger kings due to fresh food and great management

Polite but just a little bit slow.I thought that my cheeseburger was being cooked as it was taking so long but it wasn’t even that warm when I was handed it, so no idea why the long wait.Also screaming kids and their parents don’t even do anything. Not nice to listen to.

I ordered a cheese burger, I know they have add ons. But I didn't ask for any. They put bacon in my burger. I get mistakes can be made..but When I went back to ask for a refund their was another person also waiting as bacon was put in their burger. They have horrendous service, not a single apology was made.
