Computer Rescue Derby

1st class service. Chris was brilliant and I would have no hesitation calling on his services again. At a time when there are so many con artists about, Chis is 1 of the genuine good guys.

My laptop died after a Windows update. Chris was very helpful and did what he could to repair it but it's likely a motherboard fault. He very kindly didn't charge us as it was irreparable. Friendly and honest, would recommend.

I was having a nightmare with my laptop. Chris investigated the problem on the same day I rang and it was a Sunday. He diagnosed the problem and put it right with no loss of data or files. It was a huge relief. Will definitely use Computer Rescue Derby again for all my computer needs as the price was very reasonable.

Replaced hard drive on my 9 year old laptop & upgraded operating system. Now it's running like new. Saved it from landfill & saved me 75% on cost of a replacement. Great customer service too. Thank you.

I phoned up and dropped off my computer the next day, he had it working and ready for me to come and collect the day after my dropping it off, I’ve now had it working perfectly for over a month so I’m ecstatic with the service, quoted me £100 and he dropped it down to £70 because it wasn’t as hard as he first anticipated. 10/10 for honesty and being very quick and reliable.

Called Computer Rescue Derby to discuss the problems with my PC.Chris explained what he believed the problem was and gave me the price of the repair, more than likely a new hardrive.We arranged for the PC to be dropped of the following day.After the PC was dropped off, Friday, I received a call confirming I would need a new hardrive and again confirmed the price for the repair. Chris thought it would take a couple of days for a new hardrive to be delivered and agreed to call me Monday.I was surprised that on the Sunday morning I received a call to say my PC was ready for collection and collected it later that day. Brilliant!Once home I struggled to connect to the WiFi and called Chris for some advice.After instructing me how to reload the DLink used for the wireless WiFi Chris agreed for the PC to be returned and he would load it for me, which he did within 10 minutes.Really pleased to have found Computer Rescue Derby as the service given was excellent!Really pleased with how my PC is now performing as so much quicker.Would definitely recommend giving Chris a call for any PC/ laptop enquiries and I would use again.

Can't rate Chris highly enough. On 3 occasions he has sorted out issues with laptops quickly (within hours on a recent occasion ) and at a very fair price. He explains the problem and how to stop it recurring. Would totally recommend Chris at Computer Rescue.
