Repairs to two pairs of binoculars carried out efficiently, on time and at quoted cost. Customer interface somewhat haphazard - good technician but less good with customers and paperwork!

Purchased a set of binoculars that I was not made aware had been knocked out of alignment. Contacted Richard who was very prompt in replying with a quote for repair and availability. Took them round and he contacted me 2 hours later that they were repaired and ready for collection and less than the original quote. Very polite, friendly and professional person.
