One star is too much for them i had to give it so i can write about my bar experience with them and to warn others. I have waited more than a month for my car to go in their work shop . They said that KIA is not going to cover up the cost and i said fine have a look what is wrong in the car and i will sort it with KIA . I travelled away for 4 weeks and when i came back they said my car is ready to be picked up . I went down and they told me that the engine has to striped down to find the problem and that would cost me too much , they advised me to buy a new engine which would cost 3K bla bla bla . Got my car anf when i called KIA and explained the matter they got in touch with Stoneacre and the manager told them there was a misunderstanding and i would be more than welcome to take the car back to them . I refused because i would not trust people who already lied to me before . They did not even got in touch with KIA to ask if they would cover the cost because the car is still under warranty. And the way the figured out the expensive cost with knowing the problem. I toke the car to Liverpool Arnold Clarck and the car was fixed under the warranty, and I acutely asked how much if i would have had to pay for the repair and the said £380 !!!!! Please stay away from this place they are cowboys in suits.
