Harald at Medical Repatriations provided a wonderful service, flying my Father and his partner back to the UK after he had a serious stroke in Germany.At a stressful time when the insurance company were dragging their heals, Harald provided a quick solution, took care of everything, was always quick to respond and with his knowledge and competence, filled me with confidence from our first conversation. I can’t thank him enough.

You never expect the worse whilst on holiday as it’s never planned, but we needed medical assistance urgently for my son who was assaulted. With emotions all over the place and in some panic, the Consulate gave us Harry’s (Harald Walseth) contact details. Immediately he reassured myself that he would do everything possible to help my son. Calls were answered and returned, emails replied to and always kept me up to date. His calming influence was a massive factor in helping us get through this torrid time. The whole process happened exactly the way Harry said it would from the Ambulances arrival in Tenerife to the landing time at RAF Northolt. As you can appreciate family members in the UK were also in contact with Harry looking for answers and updates. Nothing was too much for Harry, it probably felt like he was doubling up his effort having to relay information again and again. My son landed safely with quality care on board and super professional people around him. For me Harry’s work was done but Harry didn’t see it that way, he continues to reach out with sincere words and genuine concern. We as a family are truly grateful to Harry and can’t thank him enough

Medical Repatriations was used to safely transfer my husband from Zakynthos to London following a motorcycle accident in which he sustained multiple fractures (ribs & scapula) and a previous pneumothorax.Harry was extremely efficient and returned any calls/texts immediately and kept in touch constantly. He made the arrangements seamlessly and all I had to do was send passport details, making my life so much easier and being able to concentrate on caring for my husband. It took a lot of stress away.We opted for business class flights rather than air ambulance and Harry flew out the previous day in order to be able to accompany us on the flight along with a portable oxygen concentrator (POC), which was required due to the lung injury.All in all, my husband and I were very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend to others.Keep up the good work!

Most repatriation companies are good but Medical Repatriations are excellent. They will go above and beyond to get their patient home safely and comfortably. They will also arrange hospital admissions. Families will also not be ignored, they are treated as well as the patient and kept informed on all aspects from start to finish. Cannot speak highly enough about Harry.

The comfort, and empathy we received from Harry. Within a few hours we had the best quote. Harry and Rachel for me were real life angels. They came a few years ago to Tenerife to pick my poorly dad up, the relief I felt was overwhelming, so so lovely, very professional and efficient, couldn’t have done it without them.Fast forward to now, my bosses partner was admitted to hospital in Lansarote without insurance, I kept Harry and Rachel’s details on my phone, thank goodness for them I did, I made a call to Rachel, to my surprise she remembered me.
