Had a phone call from these people,the salesman said did I RECIEVE THE BOTTLE OF WINE I SENT YOU I, what bottle of wine I said,I could hardly get a word in with the salesman ,He said my club had an account with them which he said we had not used for several years.He recommended we bought floor gel and deodorizer and it came in 5 litre containers at a ridiculous price of nearly £8 litre, I said no thanks then he said I will send you some 1 litre sample bottles but what arrived was 4 x 5litre containers and an invoice for £197.I phoned them to complain about what they had done and was offered a 20% discount to buy them I said no then was offered a 50% discount to keep them and I still said no, they then said send them back at your own cost and we will waive the £ 75 cancelation fee which was never mentioned in the original phone call only on the back of the invoice which arrived the day after these bar stewards have just cost me £23 postage for a product I can buy from my local cash & carry at a fraction of their price . DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO WONT LET YOU GET A WORD IN
