Constantly left in hold for over an hour . Messages saying to go online . So go online trying to get pension forecast and not very clear. When you need to talk to some one its easier .

Must have made about 20 telephone calls. to the above International number from Thailand. Got cut off after only a few second, after the initial WELCOME TO" recording. My record time is only 8 seconds

You'll be in a queue if you phone them but it's worth holding on. The woman who took my call was extremely helpful, she understood right away what I needed and said she'd get a letter in the post to me immediately.

Telephoned this office, went through all the choices, was put on hold automatically and waited. After six and a half minutes, the phone disconnected. Completely unacceptable.

Absolutely shocked at how pensioners are expected to be without payment for 3 months. My elderly mother who has moved to Brazil simply changed her bank details and has since then not had any payments for coming upto 3 months. Constantly being told everything this in order, I have been talking to countless different people all saying different things. Payment set up via myself (her daughter) for payment to be paid into a UK bank account and 3 days later still no payment. This is Absolutely not acceptable, my mother is now severely depressed unable to eat or sleep with stress. I feel utterly hopeless and deeply saddened for my mother.

I have relocated to Nigeria to take care of my husband who had been bed ridden i had sent an express letter with my details.i had called severally yet the machine did not give me the opportunity to talk. This is not fair as i am an old woman
