We are delighted with the whole experience.The customer service was second to none and the end result far surpassed our expectations.When we first went to the company we were warmly welcomed by Gavin the designer and taken through the process in a very comprehensive manner.Gavin listened to what we required and was extremely accommodating, making suggestions when necessary and making a house visit which involved a lot of participation on both sides.Colin the surveyor also came to our home to make sure all was in order.The team who completed the work from joinery, fitting, plumbing and electrics were highly professional, each very experienced in their fields and able to deal with any problems as they arose.The guys were so friendly and approachable and I want to thank them individually ...Victor, Barry, Dessie, Andy and Kenny ... you all made the upheaval so bearable and we are truly grateful to you all for the incredible work you did.I would recommend HHI to anyone looking for a exceptionally professionalism experience both in terms of work and relations.Heartfelt thanks to you all.Clare and William.

Had my bathroom and windows refurbished by HHI and can only say a first class job we are really pleased with the finished jobs. My special thanks to Noel the plumber and David the fitter for their work on our bathroom and Ryan and his brother for a great job on our windows.

This is a long overdue word of thanks for all your hard work in fitting my new kitchen. I am so delighted with it. I would like to thank Tracy Boyle for her patience and courtesy in all her correspondence with me both by email and telephone. She was fantastic and none of my queries were ever any bother. Thanks also to Gavin Price whose design suggestions were just what we were after and it is so lovely to see them come to life. Can you pass on our thanks to all the tradesmen who came into our home to do all the hard work. They always treated our home with respect and kept to the schedule that was sent to us without any hiccups. I will certainly be recommending you to anyone needing your products and services.

We have had our bathroom refurbished over the last week. The workmanship is superb and the guys installing it were really tidy and lovely to deal with. From initial enquiry to finishing the job the quality of the products and also the customer service has been second to none. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new bathroom or indeed a kitchen to go to HHI in Castlereagh! :)

Great service and friendly staff. HHI did a super job of my 2 bathrooms, kitchen, floors and 2 doors. Project management is fantastic and takes away all the stress of renovations. I would recommend this company highly.

Nice people bit expensive but amazing customer service and willing to fix mistakes that where made or if something or if its not fixable will find a satisfactory compromise

5 windows fitted 2 pane's unfortunately we're broken during fitting. The manager told me they would be replaced which they were eventually, a bit longer than what was estimated though. Plaster work in house was damaged during fitting as well, after a amicable discussion with the manager they made the offer to cover the cost of the plasterer to make repairs. In the end all sorted to high standard that you would like and expect.Thanks
