So pleased I booked in for a consult. My dog Arthur has been suffering with reflux issues for a long time now. I knew I didn’t just want to treat the symptoms but instead get to the root of the problem.In my consult Sally was so knowledgeable about the issue and explained how there can be many causes but from delving into my dogs history she told me what was causing the issue and gave me a really thorough plan of changes to make in Arthur’s lifestyle, supplements and diet.I’m so pleased with the results that I have seen since making these changes and this all happened in the first week after the consult. So grateful! I was already feeding complete raws but my boy was always turning his nose up at food, regularly going days without a full meal and having empty stomach sickness. I had a consult with Sally to get to the bottom of his fussiness and to move more towards DIY meals over pre-made minces. Sally went into so much detail, not just with the recipes that we made but also the ins and outs of why some dogs become fussy, how different deficiencies occur and additional things I can do to support my dogs diet and body as a whole. I was anxious about switching to DIY meals in case I couldn’t meet his needs but Sally broke everything down and made it super easy for me to follow. 3 months on and he hasn’t refused a single meal. He pesters for his food, sits by his bowl when I’m prepping and spins with excitement when I’m putting it down for him. So thankful to finally have a happy dog that’s getting all the nutrients he needs. Thank you Sally!

We approached Sally after having some trouble with the diet of our dog Crowley.We had a consult as a pup which was extremely helpful to get our boy off to a good start.But a year later after some lifestyle changes we had made ourselves, something wasn't quite right with our dog.We had been having problems with severe diarrhoea, and some weight loss too, our boy was dropping over a kg in less then 2 weeks at his worst and our vets didn't seem to care.So out of options from the clinical world, we approached sally again and she was more than happy to help him, and us get his health back on track.Sally's knowledge and expertise is excellent! She understands exactly what your dog needs and tailors a plan specific to you.She is super friendly and approachable and just wants what is best for your dog. She worked with us to find the right diet for our budget and always put our Crowleys health first.Within a week or 2 of our new plan we noticed a significant change, the runs had almost completely stopped, he had his energy back and he had gained 1.4kg which was amazing!I have since recommended her time and time again to friends of mine with dogs who are having problems and she is always happy to help!Not only does she give you a great diet plan and suggestions for your dog but her support and advice is continual so if you ever have a query she is always happy to help!Our pup is now happy and healthy - we have been able to finally get to the bottom of his issue with both Sallys advice - at the vets when necessary.I cannot thank her enough for getting our boy well again, and I would recommend her canine services in a heartbeat!Even if your dog is happy and healthy, it is well worth a consult just to check in, as you will learn more about your dog, their requirements and about canine health in general.Sally is exceptional at what she does and I will always be grateful for her services, and for getting our boy back to being a healthy dog that can enjoy his life in comfort again!

Our puppy was struggling with bad IBS that was causing him to become underweight. We were very worried but after Sally's consultation had a plan of action and now three months later, he's in great condition. We are relieved to have an adolescent puppy that is doing all of the normal crazy teenage things. He's had a really big growth spurt since Sally's help and we are back on track

I booked a consultation with Sally as I was worried about my puppy wasn't getting a balanced raw diet. Sally was so warm and helpful - there was no judgement about the diet he had been on until this point and Sally spent a lot of time teaching me how to balance his meals without too much time or additional money. I am based in New Zealand and Sally even researched the raw and kibble products available here - nothing was too much trouble.I love that Sally's approach is to work with owners and their dogs as individuals - she doesn't push any particular diet and her follow up support was much appreciated as well.

Sally was so helpful and gave clear guidance to me as a first time dog owner. There is a lot of contradicting information available online and in pet stores when it comes to the best diet for your dog, this left me confused and unsure how to provide the best for my Dachshund. Sally came to the rescue and set our a clear guide for my to follow taking into account my dogs personal needs and breed, portioning for a mini breed is not easy. Thank you so much!
