Just had The Mansfield Group attend my place of work , A guy called Ryan, came long before the eta. Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable engineer had my drive chain lightened in no time despite not having a padlock stand did the job with me sat on it to set it up for my riding stance. Break down number 1Gearbox failure, clearly expressed over the phone that it can't be fixed road side, 3 hours and numerous lies later a van arrives to try and fix it. He can't. He then says his tow bar is broken (on a recovery van! Really?).3 hours and several more lies later a wagon arrives to recover me.Total lack of interest from Mansfield group over the phone apart from the numerous repeating of they're just on a drop off won't be long.Utter shambles of a recovery firm.Break down number 2Total engine failure, timing belt snapped at 70mph. M62 6AM 2 degrees raining 1st week in January.Mansfield group being sent to recover within 1 hour...90 minutes later they've picked up the wrong van from the motorway! How that's possible I don't know unless it was a lie...Eventually recovered to a safe location to wait for a few hours for a sub contractor to recover me as there obviously wasn't enough money it for them.Break down number 3Today 07/07/2018 11.50am and 28 degrees Celsius on the M62 they're estimated recovery time...16.04pm.How this firm are still trading is beyond me they're truly diabolical.This firm are contracted by green flag and not used by choice.Disgraceful.

Great people, made getting my car back after being seized less painful! So helpful, especially Sam who's a credit to the firm. Car was as recovered and even brought to the front door for me when collecting. Thank you Sam and Mansfield Group!

I picked up the car, after 2 minutes of driving I stopped at the Shell garage to refuel, after refueling I could not start the car because the battery was completely discharged. When I called them to ask why they used starter for start my motor without letting me know about the problem with battery some lady said they start my car by the key what is not true. I waste my 1 hour on the Shell waiting for my friend because this company don't care about issues what they did. Not recommended at all.

Sam at leeds branch was an amazing lady so helpful and compassionate. She went Beyond the call of duty. Her compassion and understanding put west yorkshire police to shame.

Great team who recovered our vehicle after a accident and let us empty our contents at out own pace

I've had dealings with three different staff from this company (via Green Flag) and they couldn't have been more efficient or helpful. Very competent and reassuring.

Excellent service from start to finish. Nigel (recovery tech) could not do enough to turn a negative (breakdown) into a positive. Car needed recovering to a garage.Nigel recovered our car, took us to our hotel in Leeds before delivering car to Mansfield's workshop.at midnight Quotation for part, fitting and eta by 0900, Car back on the road by 1300 allowing us to leave Leeds for home on the south coast.

My car was seized by the police for being uninsured after I broke down , luckily I was insured, renewed that very morning in fact, car was unfortunately declared dead very soon after R.I.P , but these guys ( used in the general term and not in a sexist manner ) were very professional and helpful
