I'm sorry to say that I have not been insulted like this before. I tried almost every day for about a week to contact a lawyer I had a previous case with. I even left a message through the lawyer's mobile phone number, but I received no response. After a week of continuous attempts, I managed to talk to the secretary of the office, who told me that the lawyer I was trying to contact was on annual leave, but they had received your message and would get in touch with me. However, I did not receive any call.I called the office again the next day, and the receptionist told me that the lawyer was currently in a meeting but assured me that they would contact me within the next half hour, which unfortunately did not happen. I was forced to go to the office in person to schedule an appointment, but when I arrived and rang the doorbell, a lady opened the door and refused to let me in. She said the lawyer would contact me, but I was certain that this would not happen.Firstly, this is an insult to the customer's intelligence, and secondly, it is a complete disregard for the customer's time and commitment. I'm disappointed, and this level of rudeness is unacceptable.
