Had difficulty finding this care home as the as advertised postcode is incorrect. It is NE10 0PL ( not 0PY).

They ignored the fact I have a bad back and made me sleep on an awful lumpy mattress. This caused pain so severe that I could hardly bend, because of this I asked for my meals in my bedroom so I didn't have to suffer the low chairs in the dining area. Certain staff refused to feed me unless I came to dining area, so I had to order in. When asking about personal choice I was told I only got a choice if I cooperated. They assume everyone has some form of dementia and rely on this to control people. They are not above lying, I asked to read my notes they either twisted them or left out anything that showed them in a bad light. The GP I encountered there is also not above lying to save his own back. I worry about the the vulnerable people in there.
