2023:Shoes wear out, so back again. Same staff, same great service! Once again, no hard sell, lots of shoes came out, running on the treadmill, comparing two shoes at the same time. You really feel like they want the best for your feet. They also stock a large collection of running apparell, so a one stop shop. Free parking is available from the superstore up the road, so you can get your shop get your shoes, job done!Great experience shopping for running shoes, assisted by staff that actually enjoy running. Whilst my wife was being helped, I was able to watch three other ladies being attended to, each was treated as an individual, with quite different requirements and all left with running shoes they had tried, compared and had had informed detail on each one. The prices of the shoes were in the end all around the same mark, not cheap but not stupid prices and what actually mattered was they were suitable for her running style, the running surface, her personal gait and lastly a style she liked. Worth the money rather than wasted money.

Outstanding experience when trying out some new running shoes. Everything was explained so well and I left with a fabulous pair of Brooks. Can't wait to put some mileage on them. Thank you. Excellent customer service.

Came in today with my boyfriend to get myself a pair of running trainers for marathon training and a marathon i have in April. Both staff were lovely ! David is who helped us and he was so so helpful he definitely knows his stuff. He was so knowledgeable and had such good advice for me and my marathon that i really needed to hear, some was just genuine advice not all about the trainers which was nice. My boyfriend even ended up getting tested on the treadmill for trainers too because david was just so good at what he does ! Very grateful for his help. We will defo come back :)

Took my 15 year old son here for some real running trainers rather than the fashion trainers he has been using. The guys provided fantastic service and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!!

Bought a pair of trail shoes this afternoon.Went for same run as yesterday a minute a mile quicker cos i no longer had the pain on my ankles and the constant anxiety about rolling the ankle. Felt great to just relax and enjoy the run.Thanks

Recently visited the store for a gait test and David recommended me a couple of trainers that would best suit me. He was really helpful and gave some insight on lacing and foot placement. Super glad I finally own a pair of actual running trainers that best suit me. Great customer service and very helpful.

I recently visited the store looking for suitable trainers, for my strength training, following foot surgery. I had contacted David previously for some advice and he'd sent me some really useful information to help my decision making. David was helpful, knowledgeable and recommended the perfect shoe for me.
