Terrible car park with lots of reserved spaces. Can't pay by card. Got cash out only to find that the machines take exact change only. This place is best avoided.

Arrived to see a sign saying it's a cash only car park. Fine I think, I'll go to a cash machine like it's 1999.The nearest cash machine is at Tescos but it's out of service that night. Head on to Akenside to use the urine soaked cash machine there. It's only 99p. Bargain.Head back to the car park to pay but find the machine doesn't give change so won't accept notes. Head back to Tesco to get change. Rage

Super expensive.Machine was useless with a stupid sticker on it saying it won't take cards. The angry man on the help intercom said to go find a cash machine! Upon returning the machine takes in a note and says it has no change so use the correct money. Angry grumpy man on help intercom eventually let me out. Finally why is it that you have to spend ages looking for a space because there are millions of reserved notices, you end up having to constantly go up floor after floor to get a space, by the time you get high enough it's like a mounteneering trip! Oh and the rat trap on the floor was a lovely touch to a thoroughly depressing visit.

Mon- Fri , 00.00 to 6pm = £1.20/hrMon- Fri , 6pm to midnight = 50p/hr. Maximum £2.SAT/SUN = FIXED £4 all day.Cash only !! Pay on return to car.Not sure why bad reviews, great carpark for evenings.PUBLIC PARKING is on top level only- Clearly signed before and after entry, as well as large signs each level. With lifts from the top.(All the other levels are reserved for the local businesses). I've always found space here.

This place should be closed to the public. Only a handful of spots available on the very top floor, don’t accept card, BOTH elevators don’t work which is probably a violation of accessibility/discrimination laws. Avoid completely..

St Anne's car park = Satan's car park. Awful car park, from what we could see the only spaces not reserved were on the 7th level which takes ages to slowly crawl up to around the tight bends and ramps. The ticket machine only takes cash too like it's 1999! Trying to walk back up to the car was a nightmare too with all but 1 stairwell not accessible for to alarmed" doors. Bizarre"

Keep the ticket if you park there. I have paid by the website and they send me a penalty but the easiest way to pay there is cash-if I would have use the cash I would lost a £100.
