This company fitted a new roof, repaired a chimney and fitted fascias and soffits. The job was dealt with professionally and to an excellent standard. Photos were provided to me as the job progressed from start to finish.The price was competitive too. I would highly recommend this company.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at CR Roofing. They have been absolutely amazing! My roof first started to leak in March 2018, with water running down into one of the bedrooms and then into the dining room beneath. The problem was intermittent. Sometimes it would be pouring down outside, but there would be no leak. Other times there’d be light rain and the water would start to drip in. I thought the wind direction might have something to do with the problem, but there was no consistency there either which added to my confusion and frustration.I lost count of the number of roofers who came to take a look at the roof between March 2018 and May 2021. In fairness, the majority were honest in saying that the roof was in good condition and they couldn’t find any cracked tiles or areas where the water may have been coming in from, so they were sorry but they couldn’t help me. I appreciated their honesty but that didn’t help much given that the problem continued. Other roofers were completely corrupt and said the roof was in a bad state and the whole thing needed replacing, which would cost thousands.I eventually googled ‘specialist roofers in Birmingham’ and was presented with CR Roofing. I called Jason and couldn’t help but start crying from the frustration and worry I’ve experienced over the last 3 years. He was absolutely amazing and said they would definitely find the source of the leak.Chris came to do the inspection and was very thorough. He took loads of photos and showed me where and why the roof was leaking. Not long after, the team came over and repaired the roof. Before, During and After photos were taken so I could see exactly what work had been done. Jason stopped by as added reassurance for me as he knew I’ve found the last 3 years very distressing.A few weeks after the roof was repaired, I called Jason and asked if one of the team could pop back to look at another part of the roof where there was still a little bit of water coming in when it rained heavily. I had been told that this can happen sometimes and that I should call them if it does. So, within a couple of days Chris was back and had sorted it out.From start to end, the whole team was amazing. They were polite, friendly, professional, reliable and courteous. They did what they said they would do, when they said they’d do it, which is something of a rarity these days.As some reviews mention, CR Roofing aren’t the cheapest. They don’t claim to be either. If you’re looking for a reliable company who get the job done and go the extra mile to help their customers then I would definitely recommend you call them.

The team at CR Roofing responded to an urgent job the same day - we had a tile fall off the roof causing a leek. within hours they were with us to sort the issue. The team worked quickly and professionally we will certainly be using them again!

CR Roofing have done a number of jobs for me. They're fast and efficient with their work, hence why we keep going back to them. Above all, they're reasonably priced too. Jason, Chris, Wes and the rest of the lads are super friendly and easy to work with. I would 100% recommend CR Roofing and intend on using their services again in the future.

I have known Chris and Jason for several years now, and this family business has always looked after me. Chimney repair and repointing. We were very impressed with the whole experience. From initial quote to the work being done. The team were professional, polite and friendly. We're really pleased with the final finish. A few years ago we used a different company for another job because they were a bit cheaper. Big mistake and would use C R Roofing going forward., confidently.

Waited 3 weeks for Chris to come and look at our leaking chimney and give us a quote for the job, never turned up and then when I contacted him he made an excuse and said he would phone me back in 20 min?? Never heard off him and that was 5 days ago. Sounds like they are only interested in the big money jobs !!Clearly very unreliable and wastes people time I will be booking up with a better company.
