Alarm Doctor

Called the Alarm Doctor mid-morning to diagnose and repair a fault with my house burglar alarm which had started intermittently going off even though it wasn't set.Attended the afternoon of the same day and knew exactly the cause and solution. Fixed and even got a crash course in how the system works - handy since it was already installed by the previous owners with no instructions left.Darren was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended, and a good price for a top service.(I'm sure the neighbours are just as happy!)

Darren has always been superb when servicing or repairing my system. Nothing is EVER too much trouble, and he explains everything as he goes along.Would never use anyone else. Also, he’s a top bloke as well!Great work Darren.

Would Highly recommend them. We Phoned, quote booked. Arrived, quote given. Needed Two new PIR's and battery replacement. Booked and carried out to a professional standard. Everything explained. In a matter of days to suit us, installation was carried out. Darren's daughter quoted and fitted. So if anybody is nervous about a male engineer, then please do not be, they have this covered.

House alarm going off after a power cut, couldn’t get the alarm to go off, was so loud outside!! Rang Darren after finding him on Google, talked us through the steps, went off within 2 seconds! Getting in contact with him in the near future to sort the full house alarm system out. Cannot thank him enough!! Highly recommend!!!

Sam Wells provided an excellent repair service to my alarm system that had probably not been looked at in 12 years. She sorted out the obvious fault by replacing the battery – but also found a second fault (a corroded wire in the external bell/siren). This involved getting up a tall ladder when it was blowing a gale and raining! She also cleared up a mystery (a front door bell strangely powered via the alarm system). As a retired engineering professor, I was delighted to have my alarm so competently repaired by a female technician. We don't have anything like enough young women up taking up these kind of technical roles! All-in-all a 5-star job!
