Wow…… It’s not often I find the time to leave a review for a product and or a service but this time I make an exception. ProTech PC’s reinstated my faith in customer service. Right from the beginning of the process Harsh has been nothing but excellent, discussing the best specification for my gaming needs whilst being sensitive to budget. Keeping in touch and sending photos of the build and packing stages, flexible to changes and the after sales care has been exemplary. The PC itself is one of the tidiest, sexiest builds I have seen and performs just as well. All in all a great package of product and customer care which these days is very hard to find!

The second I came in contact with protech I was instantly reassured with their professionalism and care for customers, the PC is insane it looks incredible and runs amazingly not a single issue, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough I ordered early hours of the morning and it was delivered that day in the evening and it works perfectly straight out the box! I’ll be telling everyone I meet interested in pc gaming about these guys!

Highly recommended - really amazing customer service end to end when ordering my custom PC from these guys. Big shout outs to Harsh who was super helpful throughout the whole process, gave me a great price for great specs and I don't see myself having to upgrade for a long time yet - Starfield at Ultra Settings running like butter. Couldn't ask for more!

Had an issue with a part upon arrival (manufacturer issue, no fault to the company) and the customer service has been absolutely incredible. Very quick to respond and concise communication, helped walk me through all the at-home fixes before getting an exchange on the faulty part.The system has been working perfectly ever since and should I need another computer soon, I will buy from protechpcs again

I have used ProTech PCs several times now and they do not disappoint! The attention to detail and passion clearly shows from the exceptionally clean build and cable tidy management. My PC looks and runs amazingly, they did have a lot of fun putting it together too 10/10.

Fantastic service from start to finish very friendly and helped me understand what I needed. The pc I purchased is an absolute beast plays all games at very high fps and runs Fantastic. Over the moon with it I was even able to collect at a time that suited myself thanks for the top service, if your looking for a good quality gaming pc look no further than these guys!

I ordered from Protech PCs because I knew the spec of the gaming computer I wanted and had looked at many other PC building websites so knew what I wanted to spend on it; Protech had the ideal computer ready as a prebuilt machine at the best price so I dropped them a message which was responded to quickly. I did ask for one alteration to the boot drive and this change was dealt with quickly, easily and was fairly priced.All the way through the purchase and build, I was kept informed, and sent pics of the machine being built, of it up and running and finally, how it was packed for delivery (very well) which inspired confidence after making such an expensive purchase. All questions I had were responded to promptly, even if it was outside of regular working hours.I couldn't be happier dealing with ProTech. The computer works without a hitch and knowing it has been built properly and has a long warranty adds great peace of mind.

If i could give 10 stars i would. The customer service is above and beyond. Have replied to me within minutes whenever i have whats'apped them with any question regardless of time or a weekend! That speaks volumes itself. Bought a high end custom gaming pc, it arrived the next day beautifully packaged. Turned on within 15 minutes and never had a problem since. I'm so glad i bought from this company and will continue to do so in the future. Cant recommend them enough.

After posting in a Facebook group ( for buying/selling PCs) I was contacted by Harsh via messenger. We had a convo about the specs I desired and he gave me some advice on CPUs. I couldn't be happier with the PC he built for me. The service was excellent and Harsh's customer service is top tier.I would 100% recommend protech PCs, they are professional and polite. Not to mention the rapid turn around time. My PC was ready for me to collect 2 days after I had given the initial deposit.If your looking for a custom built PC these guys are the people you want.
