We had an excellent half day sail from this boatyard on a Topper Argo. Lovely, friendly owners and great sailing around Shell Bay to Brownsea Island.

Not 'Swanage' as listed by Google, actually 300m from the Sandbanks Ferry. A working yard, so watch out for heavy movers (!) 200 metres from the harbour entrance, with its own beach??? Excellent place.
