Brought theese trainers from offspring Birmingham branch inside selfridgesLess then 24 hours ago I put them on today wore them for around 30 min and noticed a massive indent in the front of the shoe I phoned up the store to tell them about my bad product they had sold me got into a heated discussion with the guy on the phone ( no name was given to me ) and he hung up, I drove 30 min from my warehouse back to my house to get the receipt box and bag drove 45 min back into Birmingham city centre got to the store wearing the trainers as I had them on when noticed the dent and just wanted a exchange , the guy told me he would send them back to Nike ( who I didn’t purchase off ) and get back to me in ten days I nearly choked on thin air I told him no way I want it sorted now, the guy the ring security who was on my side and could see exactly what I was sayin the shoe was faulty In the end the store worker and his staff memeber knew they had no chance but to exchange as I was not leaving untill it was sorted the item was faulty and I know my rights I own my own retail business and me nor none of my staff members could ever treat a customer like that, terrible customer service terrible experience, STAY WELL AWAY , I am a trainer freak own over 100 pairs and I’ve never had issues like this and if I have they get corrected straight away . Thanks to the Selfridges security guys who helped me get my stuff swapped 5 star service from your selfs dealt with a irate customer in the correct Mannor just how I would expect my staff to act in the same situation , one loyal customer lost I will never purchase from this company again and I will be for sure letting my wide network of people not to shop with this company either . *******When your items are faulty less then 24 hours retuned they will not help you if they can get away with it ******All I wanted was a exchange same shoe same size and it took 4 grown men and 30 min to sort!! Disgusting !

The assistant manager at the selfridges is absolutely rude he refused to sell me a pair of trainers saying that i can not buy because they are not for me i asked for policy in place which states this however was not shown i then tried to get a pair for my sister but he insisted that she had to pay for her own trainers which is a joke i will be taking this matter further as i am extremely unhappy with the service provided.His name was dan which im guessing he gave a fake name

First time using offspring, not going to be ordering from this franchise again though.I cannot understand a well established sneaker retailer that does not double box their items, my parcel came today in a plastic bag with the box crumpled!, too add to that it looked like the the kicks had just been dashed in the box.These maybe small issues to some people but for me it just shows your not bothered about looking after someone's paid item.I know JD likes to send their items in a bag but from my experience with JD at least they have the decency to properly pack the sneaker box.But at least I got my kicks unlike some others.

Good evening, my boyfriend tried the shoes in your store OFFSPRING, they fit him, so we came back in three hours and bought these shoes. Already after leaving the store, we noticed that we took the wrong size, so I decided to return the sneakers to the store, since my boyfriend does not know well  English, he was waiting for me on the outside .When I came(after 10 min I bought that shoes), the guys at the cash desk first demanded the card from which the purchase was paid, then they needed the boyfriend's signature on the receipt , mine didn't fit for some reason, even though we bought shoes together.In the end, I have NOT return the sneakers!I felt humiliated, ashamed and offended as the sellers stood and mocked me.

So I went into offspring today the manager Wayne Bolton refused to serve me a pair of trainers which was a Christmas present for my little brother because apparently I’m a sneaker reseller but I’m not and there is no evidence to prove that I am. When he’s not working I have bought Shoes from there no problem. When I asked him why he refused to sell me the trainers he said “you know why” with a very smug look on his face. Would not recommend to shop here. Now in gonna have a very unhappy little brother for Christmas.

Always great staff and knowledge. Always catch up with friends in the store too. Nice lil family atmosphere for a big chain ..brum still has that sneaker community vibe

I visited the store this morning to collect a raffle win. Outstanding service and amazing friendly approach from Zeniah. Such an knowledgeable young lady. Great selection of trainers as well.

I would never be using @OfficeShoes or @OffspringShoes ever again … returned two pairs of trainers to then over two weeks ago and today they tell me the boxes were empty. No one contacted me until I emailed them today. Genuine customers getting scammed.
