I cannot rate the customer service received from this company highly enough. From my first enquiry (over a holiday weekend), to order placement and fulfilment, the service was excellent. There was a minor panic when the profiling bed and mattress were not delivered as promised however, this was solely down to the courier, not 24 NRG who were constantly in touch, concerned and regularly updating me re the situation. The bed was delivered, panic over. The following day, I was contacted again and apologies offered. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. The bed is of good quality and was easily assembled by myself and my husband. Thanks to Cat, Brenda, Sam and Jonny for their care and attention
