I have used Smartstrat for a number of years now to assist with me business.The service is nothing but excellent and supersedes any previous company I have used.They don’t just answer the phone......on receiving a call they ask questions to find out what the call is regarding and by doing this it sort the wheat from the chaff and allows me to focus on the serious calls.If you are thinking of using Smartstrat, consider this......how many times have you called a company and when it either rings out or goes to answer machine?Like me and you, most people will just call the next number on the list until they get to speak to a human being.Enough said. 10/10 for Smartstrat.
