Had an ear wax removal today after weeks of feeling dizzy and Nicola was fantastic!The whole time she was checking in on me to ensure I was ok whilst explaining what she was doing. She had to use 2 different methods to remove the wax fully and was gentle calming and kept reassuring throughout the procedure.Would recommend Wessex Ear Care and Nicola to anybody needing to use this service. Thank you Nicola! You have enabled me to hear again and I am so thankful!

I had been unable to find any ear cleaning service that I could get to, having mobility problems, and was delighted to eventually find this. Booking online was easy with a choice of dates and times. It is so convenient to have it done in your own home! Well worth it to feel clean and clear again. I can highly recommend.
