Hamilton Hall Men Only Hotel

Well all I can say is that I wish I hadn't waited so long to finally come to visit this amazing place. From Woody welcoming me at the door to John's anecdotes around the dinner table all in all it has been an amazing stay. I cant wait to return very soon. Feel so relaxed and refreshed after my stay and especially after my massage ;) thanks woody. John you are one in a million and please in the immortal words of Barry White..... Dont go changing

Just spent a most enjoyable week at Hamilton Hall. The decor is delightful if a bit quirky, the beds are comfortable, and most of all all I was made to feel welcome and among friends. John, the owner, joined us around the big table for breakfasts and evening meals and the conversation just kept going. As a single person I don't much like going to hotels and restaurants by myself, but staying at Hamilton Hall is like being part of a community with a changing cast of gay/bi men, each with their story to tell. This was my first time there, but I certainly intend to stay there again in the future.

Tried to book once before a couple of years ago. Website was a complete mess seemed unfinished making navigation almost impossible. Tried phoning to book 2/3 times nobody answered. A cpl of years ago i reviewed it on my experience or lack of. Haven't tried booking since nor will I. If u give a 5star review the owner is thankful and polite. Anything less than favourable a complete drama queen!! Constructive criticism, not here you are a complete liar as the place is better than perfect!, All 6, 5, 4 star hotels ask his advice as a gay orientated B&B is perfect experience. Answer phones, sort the website act on constructive criticism not like a diva.

Myself and shaun stayed here for the weekend and what a fabulous place we recieved a very warm welcome and woody showed us around and to our room and gave a fantastic massage to relax the end of our stay and john was a fantastic host I would definitely recommend this amazing place and we will definitely be returning so thank you guys x

Hamilton Hall is a great place for like minded gay and naturist men. You can live here permanently or just visit for a few days, I have done both and would highly recommend staying.The facilities are very clean, the food is varied and of good quality, no need to step outside the door, but I would suggest visiting the sea front and walking to Bournemouth.

From the first moment of walking into the hotel, the welcome was down to earth and incredibly friendly. John puts you at ease and is a delight to talk to. The array of sweet treats and the tea selection is outstanding, as well as all the additions to the breakfast menu - he really has thought of everything. His dog is very friendly and welcoming as well.The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, the en-suite again was very clean and everything worked as it should do.Clothing is optional here, but you can of course be fully clothed if you wish.I will return here again and highly recommend this hotel, everything was exactly as I thought it would be, you certainly won’t be disappointed.

Never stayed! But recently watched an old episode of 3 in a bed! And just wanted to say how impressed I was too see what, how and why you are offering, what you do! As a bisexual woman, I sometimes feel nervey when my girlfriend and I go away for the odd night to a hotel, B & B or Airbnb because we are obviously 2 woman booking a double bedroom! I'm fine with that but am aware of the perception of others at times! So good on you for having such a neash and unique establishment! Best of luck for the future! Suzanne xx

My partner and I stayed at the Hamilton and we felt that this place needs a severe upgrade. The website is hardly functioning so we took a chance on this bed and breakfast. We found that the sheets were quite old and stained :( We woke up with bites on our arms which me be a sign of bed bugs. The bathrooms weren't cleaned well and the room had a funny smell in it. hopefully they will upgrade soon for those whole will want to spend a nice relaxing weekend here.

Dear John,I would just like to say a big thank you for a most enjoyable weekend at your splendid retreat. I came away feeling totally relaxed and mentally and spiritually better for the experience. It was also a joy to spend time with so many other like minded guys who just wanted to chill out" and enjoy some fun and intelligent conversation. Thank you also for treating my young friend
