During our time here at the ExCel London for the 2022 Pokémon World Championships, my Mom wanted tea so she stop by this shop however I believe they did not accept cash only card, the kind lady who works here offered free tea to my Mom instead, I went back to the shop to pay for it but the staff refuse to take payment, so thank you for the service and your kindness! It really made my Mom smile!

I miss having Wrapid in York and Leeds, living up North so it's good there's at least one still in the country.

Now all food in the venue is pricy but usually there is some value for money, but not in t he case of the sandwich I bought from Wrapid, firstly it cost 5.95 and then it had barley any content in the sandwich a lettuce leaf I noticed but the rest of it was simply mean , the bread was very fresh and staff friendly but don't buy food here the value for money is very disappointing.

X2 chicken wraps and not a piece of chicken to be had in either. Overpriced at £5.95 each regardless. As ever in arena environments in the UK (excel London in this situation) food is so often poor and excessively priced. Such a shame.

it is quite overpriced but i mean what can you expect from somewhere in a convention. convenient while i was at comicon so if you can afford to spend £6 on a wrap, its a decent place

Even though the food is expensive for what it is, which is to be expected at a venue like this, this was the cheapest place in ExCel London. The hot and cold food is all pre-prepared and ready to take, so no waiting around, and there wasn't any queues. Staff were polite and quick to serve. The pepperoni pizza wrap was nice and served hot.(all the other fast food" places in ExCel were making people queue for ages to order

Excellent range of hot wraps and fresh sandwiches. Did my London marathon pick up and saw this place. Hand held hot wrap for me and a salad for my partner. All very tasty and fresh

Ran out of hot food at peak time. Food is below average considering the price. Fast service. Do not accept American Express.

Distinctly below par experience. All but one warm option out of stock by 1:30pm on a Saturday and (for what is essentially a microwaved wrap) its very expensive. Far better options are available in the Excel.At least the rapid" part of the title is appropriate. Although I'd suggest changing the "W" in their name to a "C"."
