Excellent service at fair prices. I have used this mechanic twice and I have been impressed by the speed and quality of their work. Was especially impressed by their approach to running diagnostics on the vehicle before charging for any repairs. Very helpful in providing advisory repairs along with costing, didn't place pressure on me to repair with them, as opposed to some other mechanics. But given the quality of their service I was happy to proceed with them and will definitely be coming back in the future!

I am extremely grateful to Autotrend for the fantastic job they did in fixing the electrical component issues in my Audi A5. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Chris was in regular phone contact with me to let me know what the problems were, and persisted all day to eventually fix a major electrical component fault (caused by a Ghost Immobiliser) that had been causing me issues for months. Even an Audi Main Dealer Garage I went to was unsure how to fix the problem. I came across Autotrend as they were an approved garage with my Warranty agreement; I know they were certainly not obliged to work as long and hard as they did.I was really happy with the price, I am confident this could have cost over 3 times as much going elsewhere. But the main thing I will take away from my experience with Autotrend is the politeness and professionalism of Chris. Not only did he do a great job, but he was also knowledgeable and gracious to me whenever I spoke with him. I will certainly be using this garage again.

Took my van to these mechanics my van was there for 7 days ringing these people every day to see if my van was fixed what needed to be done with it first they said needed a new battery then a gtr valve and gave me a bill of £900 said they fitted it all , then I rang them to see if my van was done still hadn’t been done , for my boyfriend and a family relative to go down there and find out nothing was done to the van they put £20 diesel in the van and none of the parts , and everything they said was a lie then tried to say it was something else and the bill would come to £2,000 couldn’t show us any of the parts they put in the van because they said they removed them , and for my boyfriend to take it out of the mechanics and jump start the van and drive it back home , but they said the van wouldn’t even start and when they had it ,This company is disgusting and disgraceful , they’d obviously take every penny you’ve got and would not trust them one bit

Came here for my MOT last year brought the Mrs here too a couple months ago, recently had problems with a new car and the guys at Autotrend had it fixed before the end of the day, not too expensive, the receptionist is very helpful unlike some places you go to, I would definitely recommend coming here if you have any problems with your car or need an MOT

Needed my mot done. Took to Autotrend Motor Services. Never been there before. Nice reception and room to wait if needed even a complimentary tea or coffee.Very efficient service, staff friendly and knowledgeable.So quick and efficient. Will be going back. If I need any repairs in the future.

Helped me out with my old and beloved Volvo 240 when let down by another garage. They a delight to deal with; thorough, honest and great communicators. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with their service. Quick, efficient and professional. They managed to fit my car for repair on the same day I broke down and they sorted it out, which was very important for me as I use the car for work. My new mechanic/MOT place. I have been updated on costs and times throughout the day. I would definitely recommend it.
