i have used this credit union for at least 15 years, im not sure where these bad reviews have come from, but i have used several of their services without any issues, there were teething issues when they first launched their app a good few years ago but since then i have never had any issues. The staff have always provided excelent customer service.Sometimes you are on hold for a while, same as many other businesses,and the opening hours are limited but its never been an issue for me.

Absolutely pointless and rubbish in their service.You'd be better off just sticking with a high street bank than signing up with Voyager Alliance...Credit Unions (as far as I know) are supposed to be there to help the local community with things like loans and savings accounts when they have been turned down by traditional High Street banks... but this credit union has been useless and I am now closing my account.They act just like a profit-focused high street Bank with typical we have checked your credit file" and "Computer says no" type answers.I applied for a loan twice and was turned down twice - even though I am in a stable job and can more than afford the repayments.I get paid weekly and they can deduct repayments from my salary each week before I even receive the balance of my wages... yet they still consider me a 'bad risk' (I assume) as they have turned me down twice.Do NOT waste your time in joining them. They do not at all seem here to really help the little guy - more profit-focused.Deducting an amount from my wages each week; I could do this myself with ANY high street bank

Brilliant credit union to deal with. They have helped me out with my savings and a loan. Nothing too much for them. The office staff are always very friendly and happy on the phone. Would recommend to anyone

A simple easy to use savings place, who treat you as an individual. Friendly staff who are ready to explain and help where possible. Joining on line was simple, just have photo ID and a payslip. Great service keep up the good work Voyager Alliance ❤️

Voyager Alliance has really helped in recent years! I am able to save & borrow with the money taken straight from my pay. I don't even miss the money because it's deducted before it's even hit my bank account.

Never had an issues. I was polite, they were polite back and being with them has improved my credit rating. I needed a lump sum to move to a new place and they helped.

Fantastic credit union so easy to save the fact that the funds are taken from my wages before they hit my bank means I don't feel any worse of also the rates on the loans are best I've seen the phone lines can get very busy so ive always emailed the office and been dealt with very fast
