Website says open until 22:00 but is closed at 17:00 which is very confusing

I had teeth removed and my denture fitted today by Andrea. I am absolutely over the moon with my smile. She is incredibly talented and the loveliest dentist I have ever met. Thank you so much for everything so far :) if you are anxious like me you’re in safe hands

I feel fortunate to have been able to register as a patient at the Dental Academy. Marco is a fantastic dentist, his dedication to patient education is exceptional as he takes time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure, ensuring that I understood the process and outcomes of the treatment. His knowledge and ability to communicate complex dental concepts in a clear, concise and calm manner was comforting and reassuring. I appreciated his patience and willingness to answer all of my questions, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. For me the time he took during my appointments to explain my dental condition has been invaluable and I feel much more confident and optimistic about my condition. Been trying to make an appointment since they opened earlier this year. Constantly engaged, when the phone does ring you get cut off after a handful of rings. On the rare occasion someone answers the reply every time has been “call back next month”.Received a message from them telling us to use the online booking system - it doesn’t let you book anything.
