The worst remit ever....it showed me awaiting payment for few days even though I transferred the amount instantly after the request.... Needed to followup multiple times for the status and update...it took days to transfer the amount to my home account even though there were no bank holidays in either of the country....6 long days to transfer... Just worst

Everything is good except the delay . Sometimes while transferring to new account after sending money, they will ask for the documents to verify. Even after uploading the documents it will take another 2 days to verify. Sometimes rejected. First transaction took me almost 2 weeks to complete. Now after sending to new account again asked for the documents. Really frustrating sometimes if we need to send money very urgent even though rates are good and no transaction fee for bank transfer.

Best way to send money abroad! Transferred to India within minutes and saved tons compared to my bank!. I really have awesome experience with Instarem. It is the best when compared to others. Especially when it comes to exchange rates always we get much more and fast transfer without much fuss. I recommend this to all.

Slowest I have ever used, they dont have contact centre, email and chat are useless. They will not have any update other than a pre curated text! Worst Service, Use other payment gateways if you want a better experience.

Transfer rate was excellent and i have been using from last two years. Customer service is also excellent. Only issue i notice is that i could not do online transfer from my bank account to Instarem directly during transfer request. I need to make the payment separately using internet banking from my bank account by adding the Instarem reference number. All good so far.. Thanks to Instarem.I would recommend Instarem to provide offers and discount codes to the existing customers aswell. I see offers for new customers and on first transfers

Worst Money transfer services ever, they will take your money and won't transfer to the recepient, and to revert the money back to your account the process is not automatic, you have to provide lot of documentation , there is in no customer services at all. Will never recommened. Will be raising my complaint to Financial Ombudsman.

The transfer rates are generally good. Only issue I see is w.r.to the processing time it takes. I usually transfer the money within 1 hr of making a transfer through my UK bank following all the instructions mentioned during transfer even quoting the transaction number as payment reference. However, it takes 48 to 72 hours to get the confirmation that the payment is received and additional day for transfer to my India bank account. This is one area where this process can be made faster to send the money quicker as advertised!

It is one of the best transfer service. I'm using for last six months. Till now I have referred more than 10 friends & they are happily using it.

The slowest I have used. Use them if you want your money to be held for 48-72 hours before being transferred. I've used other companies which transfer the money within a couple of hours. Used Instarem because of the rate but never again.Customer service is awful. They quote from a text, not helpful at all. I sent the money on Thursday, and Friday evening when I contacted them the person said well it will be Monday or Tuesday as it's the weekend now and we state it takes upto 72 hours to process! This is in small print by the way. Not clearly stated. It's in their terms and conditions! I asked about a refund and he said it will take upto 72 hours to get the refund from the time the refund is processed!!!My advice is unless you are desperate for the marginally better rate they offer, go somewhere else. You know your money gets transferred fast and you have peace of mind. This place is dodgy. Why hang onto customers' money??
