Very organised entry and exit from the building, helpful staff. Went for a graduation ceremony Swansea university. Bar was open . Great areas for taking photos in the mortarboard and gowns. close to the waterfront museum

Great afternoon at Swansea Arena watching Jurassic Live.We arrived an hour early to ensure parking, very convenient at Bae Copr. Very glad we got there early as we had a chance to look around and get some merch and snacks whilst it was still relatively quiet. Arena itself spotless and staff all smartly dressed and helpful.Toilet facilities were ok could have been cleaner also the first 3 toilets i tried had no toilet paper, only some taps worked and they didnt have sanitiser in the door pumps.Inside the arena itself was a pleasant suprise, very well laid out and well air conditioned. We were in stalls row W, which is in the middle section and we had a brilliant view. That being said i wouldn't have wanted to be in the next section back as it looked really high up expecially for a child. If i were to go again i would aim closer to the middle of tany row. Rows are quite narrow to manage and being closer to the aisle means your up and down up and downVery annoying that 10 mins into the show we were having to get up and down in the complete darkness, helping our son and holding drinks, how we didnt spill drinks on anyone infront is a miracle not to mention the disruption to the show for us and the people behind. Definitely need to be rules in place for last entry into a show.The show was absolutely great and my son thoroughly enjoyed. Loved how they got the audience up and dancing and involved in the show.During the interval it was extremely busy and my 4 year old Asd child asked to go on his dads shoulders for comfort. Whilst at the bar getting drinks security asked him to come down but we weren't sure why as it wasn't an issue. Ceilings all very high and he was completely safe but obviously we complied. I felt they were being a tad strict considering it was a childrens show.After the show had ended i was completely shocked to see the amount of food and rubbish over the floors and trodden in to carpets by the seating and walk way areas. Worth mentioning there were hardly any bins available. Fair play to the cleaners they were working really hard as people queued to get out.All in all i would definitely visit again a great venue!

love this arena, great for conventions and comedy gigs. ticketoffice staff and other staff incredibly friendly. drinks and food unbelievably expensive, no need for it. plenty of parking

A fabulous venue, with very friendly staff and plenty of open space in the bar areas.The seating is well laid out.I can honestly say that Swansea Arena is the best.

Amazing building, friendly helpful staff!!Went to see a relaxed viewing they had thought about everything and couldn't recommend it enough really felt relaxed about my child being herself. Even have a room for them to chill out in !!Totally amazing

Have attended a couple of concerts at The Arena. Signage could be a lot better for the seating areas, but seating is comfortable if a little 'tight'. Have had seats in a number of different areas and not once had a bad view. Bar prices seem excessively high compared to similar venues and queues long, so I have never drunk here. Staff in the main have been friendly and helpful but not always on view.

Beautiful venue. Well thought out layout so bars, food, loos all easy to get to.Good view of the stage from the floor, even from the back.Lots of stewards circulating all night, who were all lovely and friendly and helpful. Parking at Paxten St is cheap and 5 mins walk.Only slight gripe was leaving the stalls/floor at the end of the concert funnelled everyone up one set of stairs, which was a bit of a squeeze.Would be more than happy to come to a concert here again.

Absolutely amazing arena with very comfortable seats and most facilities are good. Toilets are a bit of an issue with the lack of and as always food and drink prices are quite steep. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The qr code ordering was very helpful but that’s been taken away which is disappointing

Great multi use space at the Arena in Swansea. Great access to city centre with one bridge over a short distance. Love that it was split for a conference for us so that we could have a stalls area and then a conference seminar area.Enjoyed being part of the conference. One downfall is parking being quite alot at the arena so you need to me more tactful with planning routes and cheaper parking spaces in marina or ncps.

Great venue.I was there for a Graduation ceremony.They do have lots of different shows and events there. Just be aware that the car park underneath is very expensive!!
