If you don’t want to be able to buy a property overseas you can use this company for sure. They are excellent at ruining the process of you buying a property .. worse company, AMATEURS

We recently purchased an apartment in Italy and used Kobalt Law LLP and Stefano Lucatello. My husband and I were so impressed with Stefano and how efficient and professional he was. He made the process very easy for us. We couldn’t believe when we emailed him at 11pm at night when we had questions or concerns he responded almost immediately ! We certainly didn’t expect that. He made the whole process seamless and easy. We would absolutely recommend Stefano and Kobalt Law to anyone wanting to purchase a property abroad. We cannot thank him enough.

I had previously used Kobalt Law LLP for notaries services and found them to be super helpful and responsive. When I purchased a property later in 2020 I decided to use Kobalt Law's services again and I am so pleased that I did. A friend of a friend recommended Kobalt Law to help me buy my flat, and I couldn't be happier with how well Stefano got me through the process. I was really nervous as an American making my first real estate purchase in the UK, but everything worked out thanks to Stefano's experience and sound judgment. There were a number of times the deal could have gone sideways; a solicitor of lesser talent could have made my fears come true. Great services, It took only 3 working days to confirm my employment status, create the notary certificate and get the Apostilles from FCO and collected by me . All was done for me and I didn’t do anything apart from taking the papers from the office and collect them after completion. The service was supper quick. Papers was done professionally and sealed properly. The price is ok, I paid £250.00 including the Apostilles costs from the FCO, could have been better but the fast and professional services and they dealing with the FCO is worth it.

I have had the most incredible experience with Stefano at Kobalt Law. He helped me with a really complicated and tedious commercial lease and I was truly blown away by his skills.Stefano is the most responsive and competent lawyer I have ever worked with. He made sure that every tiny detail was analysed and nothing escaped his savvy eyes. Having had a dreadful experience buying and furnishing our apartment in Morocco some years ago, we were extremely apprehensive when selling it. We were unsure of the process, did not know who we could trust, and lockdown meant that we were unable to travel out to Morocco.Stefano Lucatello sailed us through the process! He responded quickly to our initial enquiry and after speaking to him on the phone, we felt very confident having him represent us. Stefano kept us informed every step of the way and was always on hand to answer questions or explain the formalities.
