Visited this place for the first time in August 2023. Nice little shop with about 30 seats. Big car park 3 minutes walk away. The tea is nice but was filled only two thirds, otherwise would have been 5 star. Staff are friendly and polite. Nice clean place.

Pink tea was good. Service is horrendous. Extremely rude, no greeting. Loud, blaring music so she couldn’t even hear my order. Staff need training in basic communication.

Chai was good.However the food portion size was very small. Butter chicken role was very disappointing.The English breakfast with masala sausage was better than the rest of meals .Limited seating options within shop. Parking further north near grover Street car park.

It could be better, If I can rate below zero. Don't try to buy anything if you are in hurry. They are short on staff and most of them are untrained which waste your precious time. It's been 40 mints to prepare a simple breakfast and the restaurant is not busy at all. The staff members is keep on saying 1 mint, we are busy. This isn't the way. I haven't received my order even after that much time

Special for the Indian Subcontinent taste. It would be fair if said 80% of the Indian subcontinent and 20% of the English mixture taste. Recommended for those who are missing Desi hotel taste. Breakfast was delicious. Shopkeepers are welcoming. Loved the time. Tea was good. Street parking around. No need to queue up. The inside was decorative.

Such a disappointment. Went for breakfast. Very small sized portion compare to price.Seating area is too hot and humid.There chai is good but definitely big no to breakfast. Would not recommend.

I have ordered desi breakfast thought uber eats, the food took over one hour to be delivered and at then end when i got my food and get ready to eat it i found hair in my beans. Which stand for poor food Preparation standards.

I have orders with uber to chaiiwala they have cancelled my ordered but I didn’t get mu money back so i tried call the store many times but no one received the call this was the horrible experience of chaiiwala ever i also works in food company and understand that some times you cant serve a customer but you should be polite and kind towards there questions and give them the solutions about shch problema

Extremely overrated food.Everything is frozen.Can't even make the fresh mint sauce which every other desi restaurant on Normanton is having.Serving size is like a kids menu and prices are way high for the quality and quantity.Always disappointed and have finally decided not to visit again.

Nice place to go for a desi breakfast. Had the aloo paratha, halva puri and karak chai. One recommendation I would give - as the desi food is oily, providing wet wipes to wash away the grease from your hands would be very useful.
