Mindful Surrey UK Mindfulness
During out first lockdown in Australia early last year, the stress caused my BP to rise dramatically, and I wanted a solution other than more BP meds.I heard of Catherine through a friend and signed up for the 8 week Mindfulness course. Catherine was very obliging accommodating for the time difference between the UK and East Coast of Australia.I'm very pleased to say that within a few weeks of starting the course I was able to drop back to my precovid levels of BP meds and I knew I was managing the stress way better.When we went into our second 3 and half month lockdown with her teachings and weekly drop ins my stress levels were manageable.I can highly recommend the drop in and the course.

This mindfulness course run by the lovely Catherine has literally changed my life. I have finally learned how to meditate properly and met some wonderful people at the same time. Catherine is a fantastic teacher. I would highly recommend the course!

Mindful Surrey UK Mindfulness
A really well run and fantastic course, thank you Catherine. Each session had a clear focus with weekly homework and a booklet to guide you. The online sessions were extremely well managed with a good mixture of meditation, group chat, break out rooms and teaching. The ‘in person’ retreat day was thoroughly enjoyable and it’s great that now we have finished the course, we are able to join future similar days. Certainly feel I have many more tools to help me, thank you Catherine!

At first I was very skeptical of taking part in the mindfulness course. But I decided if I don’t try I will always be on the assumptions phase. After the 8 weeks with Catherine, I can certainly confirm that it was therapeutically wonderful. Catherine unlocked many subjects to enhance our inner ability to connect and I felt immersed with the whole experience.

This was an absolutely outstanding course that has enabled me to train my mind to overcome any obstacle! Catherine is a wonderful teacher she kept the content highly engaging through using visualisations, meditations, poems stories and group discussions. The resource pack was really educational too. I am reaping the benefits of the course and hope to practice my new skills of presence, reflection and gratitude for the rest of my life. I can highly recommend it.

A really interesting course - that builds up over the weeks to really make you think about the way you think. I'd highly recommend. Catherine is a great tutor. Doing it in person gave me a greater depth of experience than online, though I also got a lot out of that.
