Rachel did an amazing job and I can’t recommend her enough. I did a lash refill and brow wax and tint. Both flawless. This is honestly the best my lashes have ever looked. I explained that I wasn’t getting enough of a wow factor out of my lash experiences I had done elsewhere. She recommended a different curl that looks much better. I’m also still growing back my brows after an unfortunate incident at another salon and she helped me clean up and tint so my face is framed again. Rachel asked questions and listened to my concerns. She’s also very gentle handed. Thank you, hope to come here again when I’m back in Bristol.

Rachael has done my eye brows which I love and just had my eye lashes done Russian set look really lovely had them done before so many lovely comments from friends really lovely lady so helpful and knows her stuff highly recommend

I have been visiting Rachel for 6 years now. She is the only person I trust to do my eyebrows, I have even moved away to Swansea for 3 years and now I live in Cardiff but it’s worth travelling back for the service that Rachel provides and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!I have also had shellac manicure and pedicure done on many occasions, Rachel has many colours to chose from and the shellac lasts up to 6 weeks on my hands and even longer on my toes (and my nails grow quick).Recently I have started having eyelash extensions too for special occasions. Initially I was nervous but Rachel explained the process fully and chose a style that was very flattering for my eye type! She even talked me through all of the after care! The lashes looked lovely and she even managed to make them look like my usual strip lashes!Knowing Rachel for all these years she is a friendly and kind lady, who is very knowledgeable and professional and talk you through any treatment fully to put your mind at ease! She’s become a friend of mine and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family! My step-mum even converted from her old brow lady and hasn’t looked back!

Rachel is an all round brilliant therapist! She is warm and friendly yet still very professional. Her massage and reiki is the best I’ve had and so are her Russian lashes! Highly recommend for all your pampering needs!

I have recently had my brows micro blades at inspire beauty and I can't fault the experience. This is not my first microblading experience as I had them done previously (elsewhere) and I was not pleased with the results at all. At inspire beauty the minute I walked in I was filled with confidence as we discussed what I was hoping to achieve look wise and what I didn't like about my previous bad experience.Rachel was amazing from start to finish, talking me through the process and constantly checking that I was happy with the look.She took her time drawing out the right shape and really listened when I explained that I wanted a natural brow as opposed to a very dramatic look.I'm awaiting my top up appointment in a few weeks but I've had so many compliments about how wonderful my brows look.I would highly recommend Rachel and will definitely be visiting her regularly to keep my brows looking this good.
